Hello All!

Hey guys...

I've been sooooo busy lately, with Annabelle's surgery for her hemangioma removal, new furniture for our den, other fixer-upper projects around the house and just the normal day-to-day chaos that I've had no time to blog. (insert sad face)

Hopefully, that will change now that I'm starting to get in the groove....

All kids are on a great schedule at home ( please don't jinx), my house is somewhat orderly, and life is just plain good.

I want to remind everyone to follow me on twitter :) When I'm so busy and don't have the time to sit down and blog, I try to update my status from my phone, so you can always get a snippet of what's going on if you check twitter out!

Right now my latest obsessions are the train-wreck that is Charlie Sheen ( I just can't get enough), making baby food for the twins (it's seriously so easy I can't believe I never thought of doing it with the Big Girl), Wii Fit (so much fun) and contemplating a return to school ( you know, because I have soooo much free time on my hands).

Sidenote....

Who else is totally ready for Spring???

I know I am!

Keep checking back!

Hello all!

Annabelle update- we are waiting to hear from the plastic surgeon, but she will definitely be getting her hemangioma removed!

Mixed feelings....I hate she has to have surgery, but I will be so happy when it's gone! It keeps getting infected, and hurts her. It's on her ear, so there will be some reconstruction involved, but the Doctor seems confident that it will look just fine.

whew.

Anyone else have the "Spring" bug???

We've been getting a few 70 degree days here ( such a tease, but I LOVE it). I am so ready for spring (although not quite ready for the warm weather clothes since I still have weight to shed).

I'd be happy with my appearance, as long as I could get rid of this post baby inner-tube looking band I have around my waistline!

Does that ever go away???

Don't say anything if the answer is no, I'm still holding out hope!

Oh, follow me on Twitter! The link is on my sidebar...that way when I'm slacking on my blog posts you can at least read about why I'm such a slacker!

Stand Off

Still Here.

Am I ever going to be an amazing blogger who blogs everyday?

At this rate,

no.

This week, I have an excuse. I am currently on a Standoff with the Twins.

They WILL sleep in their cribs, in THEIR rooms (not mine) at night, from now on.

They WILL take all of their naps in THEIR cribs (no more swing and bouncy seat naps) and they WILL be on the SAME nap schedule!

Needless to say, it's been an interesting few days.

But, I'm still here, still standing, and I would just like to say, as I type, they are BOTH sleeping...

and they are in THEIR cribs.

Good Business

Yay for my new blog layout!!!!

If you read yesterday's post, then you know I was having trouble figuring out how to put my title on my new header.

Although Delicious Design Studios sent me directions, I'm not too tech saavy...the fact I can check my e-mail and write on this blog is a home run for my computer skills.

So, needless to say I was a bit worried my pretty blog would be title-less for some time.

Guess what???

Those awesome folks over at Delicious Design Studio read my post, and went ahead and made my title for me!

How's that for good business?

I am seriously so impressed, because they most certainly didn't have to do that, but it was so unexpectedly thoughtful and helpful that my faith in "good" people and "good" business has been restored!!!!

Seriously though, if your thinking about showing your blog some love, they have really cute pre-made's to choose from, and of course, they do custom work as well.

I will definitely be using them in the future, and I hope you do as well!

Hope you guys like the new blog!

I'm trying to re-vamp and make my blog prettier and more user-friendly!

I have to give a shout out to Delicious Design Studio, who made it super easy for me to upgrade my template.

Now, if I could only figure out how to get my title to appear?

Go figure...I guess nothing can run too smoothly.

Bear with me, as I figure all this stuff out!!!

Zero Energy.

I feel like lately, all I do, is complain....

I'm not one to break the cycle, so here is my list of complaints for today,

My house is a wreck and I hate it, however there is no point in cleaning until the kids are in bed, but by then I'm too tired to do anything! Thus the cycle continues....

I really need a triple stroller, like, really need one! I'm outnumbered by my kids. I have a pretty sweet double stroller that works great for the twins, but the Big Girl is in NO WAY able to be trusted to walk next to me while I stroll the babies. The Big Girl is not much of a listener, okay, she's not a listener AT ALL, so I really need a triple stroller to be able to get out of the house when it's just me and the kids, which is ALL THE TIME. If I was a lesser person, I would have cracked by now. Goal for the spring = MUST obtain triple stroller.

I'm worn out. I'm pissed because I'm always tired, I guess that comes with the territory, but I'm seriously tired. too tired. all the time. boo.

Mickey Mouse is like my fourth child. If I have to hear the "hot dog" song one more time, I might break something.

I have a love/hate relationship with my kids Pediatrician and right now, I hate them (the whole practice). I'm always the one to recommend my Ped. when some other parent is complaining about theirs. Since having the Big Girl, my Ped. has been awesome, from sickness to well-visits, to tubes, I have no complaints. Since the twins though, she seriously sucks.

I mean, not to sound bitchy, but I have twins, TWINS. I would think that is kind of a big deal, I would think you would want to bend over backwards to be helpful because I have twins, and know LOTS of other people with twins, it would be really good PR to bend over backwards for me. Just Sayin.

I have been going back and forth with my Ped. about Annabelle's feeding issues, and now it turns out the hemangioma on her ear has a staph infection! A Staph Infection!

Serenity Now!

Ugg, I think my post for tomorrow will be all about hemangiomas...get excited, it should be a fun one!

Can we fast-forward to next week, because I'm pretty much already over this one!??

Ef you, stomach flu!

You haven't lived until your child has projectile vomited...

all over YOU.

fun, I know.

For the first time ( I think, ever) all of us got our flu shots...of course the twins are too young to get one.

So, on top of feeding issues, Annabelle now has a slight fever and is eating even less than normal, and Gabrielle isn't keeping anything down.

poor babies.

poor mom.

poor us.

no fun with a sick kid, double no fun with 2 sick kids.

I'm praying the Big Girl doesn't catch this funk, because it is INFINITELY no fun with a sick toddler.

Uggh...Pedialite is my best friend right now, and with the amount that we've stocked up, we really should own stock in the company.

So much for a quite little Sunday...but really, is that ever a possibility with 3 kids under age 2???
